CVS trip 3/8/09

CVS was pretty good but I was disappointed, apparently this store does not carry any Almay soap bars and someone cleaned out the Lumene skincare...so that messed up my transactions I was going to do, I spent way more than I planned, but if you add in the extra care bucks I received I didnt do that bad! I also found a bunch of Essence of Beauty whipped vanilla body sprays, bubble bath and lotion on clearance for $0.59!! I used one of the $1 CVS skin care RIB coupons per item and it took just fine!

I bought the following:














2 CVS detergent
6 Renuzit tri scents (on sale for $4.99-I had $4 coupons)
1 palmolive dish soap
6 CVS hand sanitizing wipes (5 pack found in trial section)
1-10 count CVS ibuprofen (had a free coupon)
2 Gold Emblem almonds (not pictured
2 fleece blankets (clearance for $1.25)
3 boxes of GM granola bars
4 Crest Pro Health
2 Colgate total whitening
4 Glade sprays
1 Tylenol Simply Sleep (this and the tylenol pm is where I had to really pay out-but Mark needed it!)
1 Tylenol PM
2 Essence of Beauty lotion
2 EOB bubble bath
4 EOB body spray

total sales and coupons tendered: $138.96

total oop: $31.55 (I received $21 in Extra Care Bucks-not added into this total)

making this a total savings of: 77.3% !!!!!!

    Ah, so you took all the Renuzits. I have a raincheck from last month when they were giving $2 ecbs. Maybe I'll have to get them at the other CVS.

    you know I NEVER clean off the shelves and today I think I left ONE there, I felt bad for like 2 seconds then thought, heck I have tried to get the Loreal deal from like a month and 1/2 ago and there STILL isnt anything on the shelves so I am taking these, haha! but you had ecbs, darn that is good!

    sorry Nicole, that sounded snarky-if I were talking face to face I was making a joke about it ;) I really don't clean the shelves off I swear! that was the first time and go figure, someone catches me..haha!
